It is more important than ever in the current climate to have regular positive communications between your company and your customers. Emails are great for quick personal dialogue, but not so successful when you have important messages to convey that need illustration and regular reference. The proven method of the ‘paper printed newsletter’ is still the platform of choice if you need your message to stay with your customer and it is the one they can easily refer to time and time again.
